The test needs just a drop of capillary blood and give result in 10 minutes with cut off of 4 ng/ml .
Now PSA is a usual screening test for checking health of the prostate gland. It is a useful test to run from time to time to be sure the result is always negative, so its best suggested use is for prevention.
In case of positive result, a visit is a "must" together with other tests to do to know if the rise is only due to inflammation or to a more serious disease.

The sperm color test is an easy-
Two test results with sperm concentration less than 20 million/mL may indicate male infertility ( as by WHO recommendation ).
It works by staining cells in the sperm sample to produce a color.
The intensity of this color is then compared to a color reference on the test cassette.
The color comparison will tell you whether the sperm concentration in the test sample is above 20 million/mL ( positive test ) or below 20 million/mL ( negative test ).
The complete procedure takes less than 10 minutes.

A lateral flow cassette for the detection of the SP10 . SP10 is a protein that only expressed in testis and has been verified as an analyte for Sperm Concentration test.
